My darling, precious Mickeybear,
I will miss you SO MUCH while you're gone *sniff, sniff*. But no, I told myself I would not cry, I don't want to make you sad, my sweet dear!
So promise me this: For each and every one of these ten days we'll be apart, know that I am loving you, missing you, and thinking about you. Each one of those days, I will be saying, "Hi, my darling Mickeybear" and sending you love and whisker-kisses.
I will also be working on a new poem for you, for when you get back! A nice long one: a Villanelle. And think, too, about the poem I will write for the Sweet Sixteens Reunion -- in spirit and in heart, it will be a poem written by the two of us, together!
So in ten days, my dearest, until our sweet reunion! And I wish your wonderful beans a safe and happy journey.
