Writer's block ... day squillion

My writer's block continues ...
Marilyn ... I'm so sorry.
My brother Jeter, however, has some lovely poetry on his blog today.
... And this is what my brother Whitey thinks of Jeter's poetry.

Yikes! That doesn't look good, does it?

My darling Mickeybear,

*giggle*! Jeter's poem is adorable! Excellently done. He has a good feel for rhyme and meter!

I empathize with you, my darling dear. I'm working on my Triolet, but I've been afflicted with a bit of Poet's Block myself. I think it's because Mom is hogging the computer so much, writing and rewriting her novel-in-progress. I really think she ought to write poems instead of novels. That way if she needs to do rewrites, they won't take as long, leaving the computer freed up more often for Yours Truly! *smile*

The picture of Whitey is so funny! That's what Dorydoo looks like when she reads my poems. She's a tomboy and thinks I'm a terrible girly-girl!

Please thank Jeter for his sweet comments on the Ballicus Blog about Mom. Yes, she's a study in contradictions, both shy and adventurous. *grin* We Ballicai love your Mom, too. She is so kind and pretty and very, very smart!

A heart full of love and floofyloveydovey snuggles and warm whisker kisses from Your Kittypie!

Mickey, we dont' think Marilyn thinks any less of you because you can't come up with some poetry. Just keep telling her you love her and that is usually poetry enough for any girlcat.

My darling Mickeybear,

I posted a funny little Triolet for you! I had to fudge a rhyme, but I hope you will like it. *purrrrrr*

Much love to you, darling dear! And floofyloveydovey snuggles and warm whisker kisses from Your Kittypie.

Hmmmm. Jeter thinks that look is for the gray intruder in the yard. Or does Whitey often wear that look?
